We had some very special visitors from Wounded Warriors Amputee Softball Team (WWAST NY) at the Center yesterday.
Members of the USA Patriots Amputee Softball Team, Greg and Nick, came to spread their message of “no limits” to our participants and tour our facility. They spoke on messages of overcoming adversity to participants. Every day an adult with Autisim pushes on, not accepting limits. To have these gentlemen at the Center was an event of shared inspiration. We thank them tremendously for touring our Center and sharing their stories. Looking forward to supporting them on July 15 when they are back on Long Island. #FeelGoodFriday #autismacceptance #autismacceptancemonth #winterscenterforautism #hireforahigherpurpose
