The Winters family was there in support of Grand Marshal, Ryan Doherty. Ryan so generously selected our organization as the parades selected charity to honor the memory of his cousin, Joe Winters. It was a beautiful day filled with family friends and Irish pride! Congratulations again, Ryan! #winterscenterforautism #hireforahigherpurpose #mojomonday #stpatricksday #stpatricksday2023 Tune in to hear from HIA-LI President & CEO Terri Alessi-Miceli as she highlights the impact of Winters Center for Autism on lives of people with autism on Long Island and neighboring communities.
Christine was awarded the Joe Winters Humanitarian Award at last night's Rotary Club of Smithtown Sunrise Snow Ball Gala. There is truly no one more deserving than Christine. We are certain Joe was smiling down on her last night gleaming with pride. Christine is an incredibly compassionate, fierce, and supportive advocate for adults with autism and their families, and a role model for leadership to the entire team at the Center.
We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of support and generosity from our friends, families, local businesses, and partners. We are a better organization because of all your support. The Rotary Club of Smithtown Sunrise - what a night! Special thank you to the folks at Smithtown Rotary for honoring the memory of Joe Winters. We invite you to visit our website to view more photos from this very special event. #winterscenterforautism #HireforaHigherPurpose #SnowballGala |
