Winters is on to something here and it’s particularly interesting how a local behemoth for-profit organization (Winters Brothers) has not only found value in hiring individuals with autism for the greater good but has found roles and responsibilities that require the innate strengths individuals with autism have, just as any employer would do for all of its employees. This is an under served workforce, I can’t wait to see The Winters Center for Autism working with others employers.
