Thank you for your support of our mission - providing employment opportunities for young adults on the autism spectrum. You have truly put a smile on the faces of our SEED TEAM who work hard to provide the freshest of produce to restaurants at The Greenhouse at Winters Center for Autism. @bullsmithstavern #SupportingEmploymentEmbracingDiverisity #SEED #colaborationiskey #HireforaHigherPurpose Boost Sharing a moment this Monday from our Best Buddies group who spent the afternoon learning all about taking care of aeroponic tower gardens. They planted some lettuce seeds in our greenhouse, checked the water and pH levels of our towers and learned about phases of growth from seedling to harvest. #motivationalmonday #bestbuddies We were thrilled to host Mr. Don Corrao, Director of Development from St. Anthony’s High School along with eleven students from St. Anthony’s High School here at the Center for a volunteer experience. We always hope inspire students to consider careers in nonprofit and understand how they can be part of mission.
Having each student work alongside trainees in our teaching café, greenhouse, technology center and at Winters Athletic Club was a wonderful learning experience and a great opportunity to showcase and share one another’s talents. We wish them all the best of luck in their future pursuits and look forward to continuing this collaboration with St. Anthony’s High School as an annual tradition. #collaborationiskey #hireforahigherpurpose Success starts with opportunity! At Winters Center for Autism, we're creating meaningful employment experiences where individuals can thrive. Jacob is proud of his hard work, and we couldn’t be prouder of him!
