Training in Dual Language at Table Wraps!

3/11/2024

Ryan and Julie co-presented at Table Wraps yesterday. Table Wraps is a company that rents out linens for event decor. Beginning March 19th, we will have two of our participants transition their training there. Gunjan, the owner asked if we could provide training to his staff about autism, employing individuals with autism, and how a company can support employees with autism.

Most of the employees at Table Wraps speak Spanish. Julie presented in English for those who do not speak Spanish and Ryan presented a second session in Spanish for the rest of the staff. This allowed for the entire staff to have an equal educational opportunity and basic understanding supporting coworkers with autism and our partnership with Table Wraps. It allowed for all members of their team to participate and ask questions.
