Gourmet Lettuce on Tower Garden Tuesday!

It’s Tower Garden Tuesday and today our Gourmet Lettuce is in full bloom and ready for harvesting! The Greenhouse at Winters Center for Autism is such a wonderful place for our trainees to really relax and appreciate the process of growing and harvesting organic fresh produce.
