Big kudos to Christopher for leading our morning Huddle, where we always focus on learning and growing together in our office environment. He initiated a thoughtful conversation on how to manage chatty guests in the lobby, recognizing that some of our guests may be working on conversational skills. Christopher shared valuable tips and strategies for job coaches to pass on to their trainees, helping us all be more mindful and supportive in both crowded and quiet lobby settings.
